1. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our online store, choose your size, and click “Add to Cart.” Once you’re ready, head to the checkout and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.

We accept major payment methods including:

3. How long does delivery take?
Delivery times are based on your location (from the day your order is dispatched):
Johannesburg & Pretoria: 2–3 working days
Metropolitan areas: 2–3 working days
Outlying areas: 2–4 working days
Orders placed before 3 PM on business days are dispatched the same evening.
4. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your delivery.
5. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn and in their original condition. Email returns@bashsneakers.co.za to start the return process.
6. What if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?
We’re truly sorry! Please email orders@bashsneakers.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
