Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
How to Return
Email us at returns@bashsneakers.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will guide you through the return process and provide the return address.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for lost returns.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
